The premises overlook the sea and offer incredible panoramic views of the sea and the chalk cliffs. The 12th century church is decorated with an abstract stained glass window by Ubac, as well as a stained glass window by Georges Braque, buried in the nearby marine cemetery. This place full of poetry surrounds the church, facing the sea. Varengeville was a source of inspiration for many artists including Claude Monet and Georges Braque who lived there for the last 30 years of his life. A superb place with unique light, full of history.
